Hi, I’m Ruby — a confidence and mindset coach for women who are ready to stop people-pleasing, set healthy boundaries, and finally feel good enough as they are. For years, I struggled with self-doubt, guilt, and the pressure to be the “good girl” who keeps the peace and never takes up too much space. Healing that version of me changed everything — and now, I help others do the same.
Inside this workshop, I’ll be creating a warm, safe space where you can breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the version of you that’s always been worthy — even if you were taught to shrink, hide, or wait for permission. You don’t need to be louder to be confident. You just need to feel safe being fully you. I’m here to help you get there.
