I joined Kate’s 3-day Good With Money workshop because while I’ve done a lot of deep healing around money trauma in a spiritual way, I was curious to explore it through a more scientific lens. Over the past few years, I’ve felt so much better internally — lighter, freer — but when I try to share it with others, they often can’t connect the dots.

- Willpower and Discipline Aren’t Sustainable Solutions: Real transformation happens when you rewire your neural pathways, making supportive behaviors automatic. This frees you from relying on limited willpower and discipline.
- Celebrating Yourself Expands Your Capacity for Abundance: Pausing to appreciate your accomplishments instead of immediately chasing the next goal helps reset your “money thermostat,” making room for greater abundance and fulfillment.

Day 3 Aha Moments:
- Dreams Are Instructions, Not Fantasies: Your financial dreams are not random wishes; they’re a personalized set of instructions meant specifically for you. Trusting this guidance accelerates your path to abundance.
- Identity and Frequency Align You With Abundance: Shifting your identity to match your desired financial reality (your “money thermostat frequency”) magnetizes opportunities to you effortlessly.
- Joy and Expansion Imprint Your Nervous System: Your nervous system can also be positively imprinted through joyful, expansive experiences—personal or collective—which reinforce your sense of safety, connection, and prosperity.
